The spa and the location are great, but we could hear the shower from the floor above so loudly that my girlfriend and I had to raise our voices just to talk. Also, the curtain doesn’t cover the whole window, leaving a gap at the bottom that lets people see into the room, which is a major privacy issue.

The old carpets and the stale smell were noticeable, and the mattress was lumpy. The bed even has a step down that makes it hard to get in.

The spot was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room was large, but the bathroom area had a terrible odor, even worse than the public restrooms at state parks.

We were warmly welcomed and moved to a ground‑floor room, which was perfect for our heavy luggage; the space was generous with a huge shower and bath area, and everything was clean and comfortable, though a step down from the bed required careful attention.
