The hotel was convenient, but the pool was closed with no notice at check‑in. It looked clean and functional, we put on swimsuits, walked through the lobby, and when we asked the desk about towels we were told, “Oh, the pool is closed.” That was the main reason we chose this hotel so the kids could swim, yet they didn’t inform us at check‑in, and we ended up paying over $200 a night.
