Nothing, the front desk clerk was as rude and lacked any sense of what it means to be in a customer service role. Worse I've ever seen. I was there with my daughter, her husband and their 1 year old and it was late after a full day of travel. All the clerk wanted to do is argue with me about a situation we did not see eye to eye about. Instead of trying to understand the customer's situation, she just was stubborn. She even tried to explain that it was not safe to do what I was suggesting because it was not safe and there had been murders in the past. Not what you want to hear when checking in with a little baby and family members. Then she refused to allow us to check in at all. So after over 12 hours of traveling, we found ourselves back in the car to search for another hotel kate at night. I hope you pass this on to Marriott to let them know our experience. The fact that the receptionist refused to let us check us in just because she did not agree with my viewpoint

“Wont stay again”

The hotel’s location was fine, but the staff were outright scammers: the new employee tried to double‑charge me twice, and the manager—female—threatened to remove me because of a noise complaint that had been ongoing for three days, even though I had only been there one day and only spent two hours in my room before she called. She was rude to answer any questions and demanded my bank statements, violating privacy rights.

The hotel’s proximity to Northside Hospital was perfect for my procedure.

“Meh, not impressed, expected more at a Marriott. Other than location, nothing attractive.”

The hotel offered no positives. The room lacked a mini‑fridge and microwave, the coffee was subpar, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The parking lot’s lighting at night also needed improvement.
