The room was great and clean. You couldn’t put a cup of coffee or tea in the room.

“Reality doesn’t match pictures and description”

It was new. We booked a double room that said 25 sqm, a large double bed, and soundproofing. The room was actually about 12 sqm and the bed was 140 cm wide, so it definitely wasn’t large for two people. I messaged the property about it and they never replied to explain a possible mistake, so I have to mention it in the review. The place is newly renovated but very cheap; we couldn’t close the bathroom door and there were already many stains everywhere. We could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms.

There was no TV and not even breakfast.

The place is well located, but the room smelled strongly of smoke. We reported it right away, and they suggested using a room spray, which wouldn't have helped because the odor was already deep in the curtains. We sent an email about it, yet received no further response; that would have been the minimum courtesy.

“Ottima posizione, comodo e pulito”

Small but well structured. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with all the services. Quiet and efficient air‑conditioning. Self‑check‑in was easy and convenient. Though not advertised, there is also a free parking space available and a paid one very close by. I will come back.
