“payment taken by property but fail to direct me i called you never responded”

I’m so disappointed. I called for directions and you didn’t bother to help; I ended up not finding the place. You took my money but didn’t accommodate me, and you’re still sending me a survey. You robbed me and owe me a refund. I wasted petrol driving from the South Coast to Durban for nothing, ended up stranded with no place to sleep, and my life was put at risk. I hate the experience I had with you. There was nothing good about it, just trauma from not being accommodated despite full payment.

“Not what I expected.”

I liked having my own personal space, but I didn’t like how unprepared they were for me. When I first arrived, my room wasn’t ready; the next day, when I moved in, it was dirty and missing basic furniture. The staff had an attitude for the first couple of days, and I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. I normally recommend places, but I wouldn’t with this one.

“It was ok, It could be better!”

The staff member—her name was Tendai—was really nice and cleaned the house properly. The room could accommodate three people as requested, but they should consider adding a doorbell instead of having to call in for the gate to be opened.
