The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and the room itself was a highlight – clean, a great balcony and a mountain view that made the shower feel like a spa. Breakfast hit the spot with real coffee and no lines, and the evening honor bar was a nice touch. The ski storage was convenient, heated boot warmers were a lifesaver and the shuttle dropped you right at the lift, plus the Alpenhorn restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

The place sits right next to Zuppert, so you can literally ski in and ski out without any hassle. Everything is within walking distance and the slopes are just steps away, making it perfect for a quick day on the snow.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and down‑to‑earth, and everything just worked perfectly. We left feeling that every detail had been taken care of and truly enjoyed our time there.
