The landscaping and exterior view were good. Inside it was old, poorly maintained, smelled bad from the bedding and towels, making it hard to stay.

The Restaurant Manager was outstandingly friendly, quick, and responsive. Great job! The restaurant food quality was proper and tasty. The spring mattress was broken, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. The room lighting was weak, and smoke from the neighboring room drifted in.

The resort looks amazing, but the rooms are infested with mosquitoes, flies, and roaches, and you can’t fully seal them against outside air. The call to prayer is extremely loud and lasts a long time early in the morning. We booked breakfast for 7am, yet no one was there when we arrived.

The night weather and surrounding nature were great.

The room was filthy: bed sheets were stained, cheap pillows smelled of mold, and the mattress was old with springs nearly broken, making sleep impossible. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the toilet flush leaked onto the floor, hot water from the shower dripped, ants swarmed, the fluorescent light blinked, and the windows wouldn’t close properly. I had to change the sheets five times before the first night because they were all dirty, and the room wasn’t even cleaned the next day; they didn’t even know why. The dinner that night—ayam kahaseupan for 160k—was like shoe sole, and the noodles were disgusting. Still, the place is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful, but honestly the property doesn’t deserve a single star; it’s falling apart.
