The hotel boasts a convenient location but falls short in terms of cleanliness and check-in efficiency.
The hotel lacked essential amenities, including a personal hygiene kit, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, while the extra bed was poorly made, causing a poor overall experience.

“Não voltou nem indico.”
The location was good, but the room was not clean: the outlet was short, the sink and vase were stained, and there was no sound insulation.
“Quarto ruim , velho e gelado.”
The location was convenient, but the room was poorly maintained, the host had no regard for guests, left me without a hair dryer on a cold day and accused me of breaking it, promised another the next day but never delivered.
“aceptable”
Everything was very good, but the rooms were lacking.
“Muito boa a localização e a organização”
The organization was excellent.
“sim”
The local food was very good, the reception was pretty; the accommodation was bad, the staff were not polite and not very helpful.
