The staff were friendly, but the room was very small and the bathroom even smaller, and it’s noticeably pricey (> 100€/night, though cheaper at other times).

We got a double room with breakfast and an open bar for £30 each, which is great value; the hotel was quiet, the laundry room was quick to use, and if I stayed longer for a cheap, good value option I’d choose this place again.

The value for money was good, the hotel was definitely clean, and the breakfast was discreetly served; the location is perfect for arrivals from Haneda. However, there was no communication: check‑in was scheduled for no later than 23:00 (ridiculous), I sent a message about a possible flight delay and received no reply, and when I complained to the receptionist it felt like talking to a wall. Breakfast was only available until 08:30, the room was small and the bathroom was unacceptable, the room was for three people, the loft bed was not prepared and the preparation was not expected. It’s fine for one night only!

“算是CP值很高的一間飯店👍”

The restaurant on the ground floor seemed to serve a different beverage each night – one day they offered alcohol, the next night a sleep‑aid tea, both of which guests could help themselves to, which was fantastic 👍; however, the room was on the small side, so it might not suit travelers with large luggage.
