The staff were exceptional, very friendly, and always ready to do whatever it took to make us comfortable and feel at home. The hot water for the shower wasn’t as hot as I would have liked; perhaps a review of all rooms and units could improve that.

The location was amazing, within walking distance to everything. The gardens felt like a little oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Kuta, and breakfast offered a great variety of food. However, the smell wasn’t great, and there was too much chlorine in the pool.

Everything was top notch! The grounds and rooms were beautifully maintained, and service was prompt. The restaurant food was amazing, and the kids enjoyed surfing right across the road. The Balinese staff were welcoming and friendly. I can’t wait to come back next year.
