Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place was clean and had most of what you’d need in the kitchen; the beds slept well. We didn’t get the cabin shown on the outside photos; the booking pictures made it look spacious, but it was actually small and cramped, not what we expected, and there was no bed linen provided, so we had to bring our own.

It was a short walk to Familieparken. Some parts were worn out and a chair was missing from the table area.

The room was very low and nice. The staff were super friendly. It might need more household items; there weren’t many things to use, so they should consider buying a kit similar to IKEA’s moving‑from‑home set.

The location was great for skiing at Hafjell, with car or bus access to the slopes. The staff were very pleasant, and the area felt cozy.

The tiny cottage was clean and tidy. However, the units were very small with little space to hang things and no closets or similar storage. Only one frying pan was available. Overall, it was very sparse and too small for a six‑person group.
