Breakfast was pleasant with the owner, there was no noise in the area, and parking was easy to find, but the bed was a bit low (no mattress support) and the mattress was right on the floor.

The welcome was warm, and thanks for the breakfast and the chats :) The mattress could be more comfortable, as could the pillows :)
