The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. I always pick this hostel when I travel to work in Florianópolis, especially because of the female‑only room option, which I see as a real advantage. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the cleanliness: the last time I stayed, the towel I received had some stains, giving the impression it was dirty. A bit more attention to the linens and bath items would make the experience even better.
