Piave Boutique Guest House

“Great room and location exceeded my expectations. Really good value throughly enjoyed my stay.”

The fit‑out quality and room size were great, and the location was very convenient, but at arrival the app‑controlled door was difficult to use, requiring several attempts to enter through the front entrance.

“Great location and the hosts are very attentive. Would stay again!”

The room was sleek and stylish, the Smart TV offered every channel I could want, the bed was ultra‑comfortable, and the air conditioning performed flawlessly. The only drawback was the noise from other guests, which was unavoidable.

The stay was truly enjoyable! The room was very comfortable, welcoming, and meticulously kept, making us feel at home right away. A big thank you to Marika and Amalia, who were always present, helpful, and attentive to every need. Islem and Maryem delivered impeccable cleaning and great attention to detail; finding such a clean and orderly environment made the stay even better. The experience was absolutely positive, we felt welcomed and pampered. Highly recommended!

“Small Modern Room with Basic Amenities in a Quiet Neighbourhood.”

The room was quiet, modern, and located in a safe area; the bed was exceptionally cozy, and there was a Lavazza machine and water dispenser outside. Receptionists Amalia and the unnamed lady were quick to give us all the information we needed and kindly arranged for cleaning after we left a bit later than usual. The elevator was unusable if someone left the doors open on another floor, forcing us to climb five flights of stairs just to close the doors and bring our luggage down; a single short flight of stairs led up to the property from the elevator, which was fine for us but could be a problem for someone older or with heavy luggage.
