The reception in the solo zone was very attractive, but the hotel was filthy and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I found many blood stains on the sheets, the pillow had a cigarette smell, and the air conditioner was broken.

The staff were really kind and helpful, which made a big difference. That's about all I have to say, didn't really have any issues otherwise.

This hotel's got a great location, close to the toll road and my relative's place, which made it super convenient. The staff were friendly, and the pool was a nice touch - it's a decent 3-star hotel. That being said, we had a bit of a mix-up with the rooms - they initially stuck us in a smoking room, which wasn't ideal, and when we swapped to non-smoking rooms, they were on opposite sides of the hotel, making it tricky with the kids. A bit more attention to detail would've been appreciated.

The bathroom was a highlight, really well done. The furniture layout was also spot on. One thing that did strike me as odd was that there was only a mirror in the bathroom - it would've been nice to have one elsewhere in the room. Overall, a solid but not spectacular stay.

It's been a while since we last stayed here, and the facilities still hold up pretty well. However, we did notice a bit of a drop-off in some areas, and our younger relatives mentioned that the pool could do with a clean and less chemicals. The toiletries were a bit sparse for two people, but thankfully they came up with some extras. Overall, it's still a good hotel, but could use a bit of TLC.
