Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I didn't like it. The bathroom was unusable, the bedding was dirty, and the towels were filthy. Overall, the place left a bad impression and looked abandoned. If it were cleaned up, the construction and materials would be good, but it feels neglected. A real shame.

The breakfast was good, but the room cleaning was poor: floors and walls were dirty, the bed linens smelled bad, and the outdoor areas were very filthy.

The location was good, but the room cleanliness was poor, the towels were yellowed, the pillows smelled bad, and although breakfast offered many choices, nothing was fresh.

I liked the breakfast and the location, but the room was unsanitary: the bathroom smelled of urine, there was a cockroach in the shower, and spiders were in the corners of the room.

The service was excellent, the parking spot at the room door was very secure, the room was fully equipped, and the breakfast was complete. However, two issues need improvement: the Wi‑Fi in my apartment didn’t work on either my phone or laptop, and when they tried to move me to another room it still had problems. The room was somewhat dirty, with food crumbs and ants, but it wasn’t old grime; it seemed like a lack of inspection before making the room available.
