The location was great and the room was comfortable, but the boiler made a noisy heating sound that was slightly annoying even with the doors closed.

The distance from the city centre was fine and the train station was relatively close; the room was especially clean, though the only issue was a bit of street noise and a small spot of dust.

We liked that it was only about 5‑7 minutes on foot from the hospital, but filling out the required information online took a lot of time. The form was in English, which I don’t speak, and I had to re‑enter some data multiple times. I also didn’t appreciate the request for a photo of my ID even though I had already provided the details in the button. I don’t want my ID posted online for security reasons. On top of that, a €100 deposit was taken for potential damage, and I still haven’t received that money back. What does that even mean? I’m elsewhere now, and they’re still asking for €100 again—what am I supposed to do, the bank?
