The place is gorgeous, tucked inside the medieval walls of the small historic center, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, giving us all the directions we needed and answering every question! The room was well furnished with all the comforts and very clean. Nothing to add.

I appreciated being able to access the property on my own without setting a check‑in time. Every time the toilet flush was triggered, it produced a terrible noise while filling; the description claimed all units had a coffee machine and a fridge, but none did—there was a shared kitchen with a moka pot and loose supplies, and for hygiene reasons, single‑use items would have been preferable.

We really valued the staff’s availability, the location, and the directions that let us reach our destination without hassle. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and overall the price matched the level of service. Unfortunately, the shared kitchen was dirty—there was a curry‑stained table, all utensils were filthy and stored in drawers, and even the sponges were grimy, so we couldn’t clean or use them. The private bathroom was outside the room and the drain was very loud, and the doors creaked, making moving in and out noisy. Finally, the room had old spiders and webs.
