The hotel in Istanbul had a superb location, the staff—especially those on the early shift—were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness, parking and service were excellent; thanks for the great hospitality, we’ll definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The smart TV was great, the air‑conditioning worked well, the linens were clean, and a few staff members spoke Russian; the metro was close by. However, the bathroom was disappointing—water barely came out of the shower, the floor wasn’t mopped until the sixth day after I asked, there was no vacuum cleaner, and I only received a toothbrush and paste after requesting them. Overall the cleaning was nonexistent, and the photos showed a different room entirely.

It was just okay. The location suited us. Upon checking in, the room had a very unpleasant odor. By the next day it had dissipated, or we got used to it. There was no freshness, and it didn’t feel clean.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and transport nearby, making it easy to get around Istanbul. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
