The family-run management is the highlight; the owners and staff are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor pool (with thermal water) and terrace provide a magnificent view and a great relaxation area. The buffet breakfast (sweet and savory) is excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, with a cozy bed, air conditioning, and TV. However, there is no small fridge in the room. The hotel is on a scenic hill, requiring a walk uphill or the use of a shuttle from the port/center (about 15 minutes on foot), which can be a bit inconvenient.

The owners were so friendly and kind that you instantly feel at home, and the spot is absolutely spectacular—surrounded by greenery with a thermal pool. Plus, Lionel, the gorgeous Labrador, was a real highlight. The only downside was having to leave.
