The location was fine and the pool was cleaned daily, but the overall cleanliness was lacking—everything felt dirty and needed a deep scrub. The doors didn’t feel secure; we had to prop a chair against the door to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it for solo female travelers. The safe barely held a passport and wallet, and the bathroom lights were too dim. The sheets weren’t stained but the room needed more TLC. It was passable for the price, but not a place you’d want to spend time in your room. The town has plenty to see. They didn’t supply hand soap, only had Covid‑19 signs encouraging hand washing. When I asked for soap, they said to use shampoo. I brought my own soap, requested more hangers, but was told no. The staff were unhelpful. Not recommended unless you’re on a tight budget.

The place was clean, located wonderfully, and the staff were helpful.

I felt like I was in a jungle with all the plants and flowers, but it was super quiet and no disturbances. It was close to everything yet not so close that the noise bothered me.

The location was good and the price was good. We booked three rooms – one was supposed to have two beds, but we only got one. After explaining we needed two, they eventually changed it. Another room was booked for one bed, yet they put two beds together to make a “king bed,” which was annoying because the bedding was separate and not suitable for the couple staying there. There was no hot water! We only had hot water for a minute and then nothing for over 24 hours. Everyone in our group experienced the same. Breakfast started at 7.30 am; we had to leave by 8 am for an ATV adventure and had pre‑ordered breakfast to be ready at 7.30. We waited until 8.15 and still had no breakfast. We asked if they could give us fruit to take with us, and they did.
