I really didn't like anything, maybe their pizza, but that's it… The staff were clearly awful, an accueil worthy of a 1‑star, the worst welcome my girlfriend and I have ever had, the breakfast was terrible… there were no options… it really needs a review.

Everything else was fine, but when I booked a room a friendly Omani gentleman helped me, while at night another front‑desk staff member was rude, refusing extra water at midnight and telling me to buy it outside, and later denying breakfast for my booking; I left because of his attitude.

The hotel is very tidy and the staff are honest, as one friend forgot AED 100 at checkout and they called to return it; the only downside is the limited parking space.
