The hotel staff were excellent, especially the receptionists Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Abdulrahman, and the restaurant staff were very courteous. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the place was quiet and private. The food wasn’t very varied, and the facilities and swimming pool were not ready.

Everyone on the staff, both at the hotel and on the beach, was very friendly. The beach itself was beautiful. The gym was not available, and I didn’t find any information about that before my stay.

The staff were friendly, the room stayed clean, and the food was good, though the selection was pretty narrow. The beach was nice and well kept, giving solid value for the price. The water supply cut out several times during our stay, and there were no evening activities. The kids’ area and beach café were pleasant, but the café shut down at 7:00 PM.

The staff were respectful and very helpful, especially Mehdi at reception and the staff at Zaatar House.
