The spot’s a win—close to loads of eateries and shops, spotlessly clean, the rooms are super comfy, and the staff are the best I've seen. I’d give it a solid 9.8. The only gripe: the wall fan could be stronger or bigger to beat the heat wave.

The place sits nicely near Paddington and Hyde Park. The staff were genuinely friendly, the room was spacious with comfy beds. It does look a bit run‑down, but they’re in the middle of redecorating.

We were very close to the Notting Hill area, exactly what we wanted for the carnival. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet but near points of interest. However, there were construction works and noises, and our room was right next to the elevator so the sound was loud. I would also say the cleaning was a bit lacking because it smelled damp or closed in when we entered, and the small balcony was very dirty from birds and seemed never to be cleaned.

The staff are the best part of the hotel. Mohamed welcomed us at almost 3 a.m., helped us with everything, and was super kind. The other receptionist on checkout carefully handled my mother’s breathing machine. Thanks to everyone🫶🏽 The location is great. The rooms are basic but more than enough; I’d come back a thousand times.
