The only downside is that check‑in starts at 15:00 and there are never any free rooms, even if you pay extra.

This hotel is wonderful. The location is great and everything is nearby. The staff are pleasant. They give us a beach bag with towels and umbrellas. We liked the breakfast. Every day they added something new. Special thanks for upgrading our room category; it was very pleasant and unexpected. Everything was perfect.
