“Für eine Nacht ok”
The newly renovated room was a highlight. However, the entrance area and stairs still need work and are currently dirty; there were no toiletries in the room and no service.

There was no service when I arrived.

The price‑to‑value ratio is great given the proximity to the city center, and the room was simple but fine. A shower bath would have been nice.

The size and equipment of the room were okay, and the electric blinds were practical; the central location was advantageous. Yet there was no parking included – the accommodation had absolutely no parking facilities, so you had to park in a parking garage or find a distant spot. Emails with pre‑arrival questions were never answered by the host. The room lacked sufficient dishes, cutlery, and even a dishcloth was present. A large TV was available but was defective, and no replacement was provided. Overall, the room was poorly cleaned. The shower drain was clogged and was only cleaned after a complaint. Half of the courtyard gave a dirty, untrustworthy impression because of trash cans and the dilapidated neighboring building.

The room seemed newly renovated and practical, but it was really small and the building was a bit underwhelming.
