The hotel is well-maintained and offers a pampering experience; the entire staff is delightful and assisted us with all our questions. It is located a short walk from the famous pedestrian mall and is close to many shops. Nothing

The property sits in a fabulous location, is in pristine condition, and the staff are delightfully helpful. Mukden and the concierge team were very helpful in arranging restaurant reservations and tickets to Tiananmen Square, and the concierge team are the backbone of a luxury hotel and these gentlemen are terrific. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean, with a bed and pillows that are super comfortable. We spent one day enjoying a rooftop Negroni and mocktail, which was the perfect way to end our day in beautiful Beijing.

Luxury, a comfortable bed, a great sauna and steam room, and yummy breakfast. The breakfast in the lobby, however, is an arcade/shopping center.
