Everything was fine, but there was a power outage. It was brief, yet I think a generator should be available.

The spot is superb and the room is spacious with plenty of appliances, but the front desk is terrible; most of the time there’s only one person handling everything—from greeting guests to releasing the parking space—so service is very slow. In my case I had to wait over 10 minutes at the desk twice before being helped.
