Location was perfect at Liberty Center. 8 Miles to Cincinnati tennis Open. Walk to shops and many restaurants. New modern hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room had plenty of lighting. No place to put closes if you are staying more than 1 day or 2. Only 2 draws for clothes. The bathroom had no privacy. The glass barn door, you can see someone on the toilet because the glass barn door doesn't close all the way. The sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet. So no privacy at all. The lighting over the sink/mirror was so dark that it was difficult putting on makeup
The photos were totally deceptive, and even the staff seemed to know they were doing it just to upsell us.
The location was great, and the staff were friendly.

The floor in our room wasn’t truly clean. There were visible remnants from previous occupants, and little fuzzies/crumbs stuck to my bare feet a bit.
The rooms, breakfast, bar, location, and staff were all excellent.
