Front Desk was awesome both the night of check‑in and the next morning, and the room layout and furnishings were terrific. We loved the architecture and the level of upkeep, a true gem. The lighting in the room was the best ever, so many choices I’d make if I owned a cool hotel with such character. Wyndham honored the character of the place and it truly felt like a special hotel. Valet guys were great, too, and the coffee was really good. Apparently the room wasn’t vacuumed—there was a pill on the floor, which is a bit picky, and there was no hand or face soap in the shower; only two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner, one of which matched the hand soap by the sink, probably a housekeeping shortcut. Did any of that put a damper on our stay? Big NO! We loved it.

Coffee was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with great blackout curtains.

The location is amazing and the rooms are clean and well updated. We love the historic charm and location. It is very pricey on game weekends
