Getting to Ngurah Rai International Airport was a breeze, and they gave me a Pass to the Premier Lounge plus free breakfast. The corridor areas were hot and poorly ventilated, but the rooms were air‑conditioned, and I loved sitting at the rooftop bar with fresh air.

The staff was great and the airport location was excellent, but the hotel looked very dated. The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a huge glass wall, so you can’t shower while your partner is sleeping or you’ll light up the whole room.

Everything was perfect! The location is great, just a 5‑minute walk from the airport, and all the staff were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend staying here and will return for sure.
