The buffet had a wide range of options and was enjoyable. The room’s air conditioner was not user‑operable, so it was cold.

The trip was disappointing because of the typhoon, but early check‑in let us enjoy the quiet hot springs, and the buffet was wonderful. I had told them in advance that it was a birthday trip for my 85‑year‑old mother, and they surprised us with a birthday plate, which made us extremely happy. The multilingual staff were also very pleasant, and the menu offered a variety of international options, which was fun. The lobby had board games, and playing Othello with my mother became a memorable moment. During my stay there was a power outage, which was scary. The room had four toothbrushes but only two cups, so I wish there were enough unbreakable cups for everyone.

The view was fantastic and the sky‑view bath was wonderful. However, the elevator and the room’s smell were off‑putting, probably because the facilities aren’t new, though I could see some effort had been made.
