“Good”

I arrived a bit early on the 3rd before the 4 pm check‑in time, and the reception lady was indifferent and brushed me off, making me feel like an unwanted guest. I later returned at 4 pm to find the second‑shift staff very mad at me; the gap between check‑out at 11 am and check‑in at 4 pm felt unreasonable, and I wish the check‑in time had been earlier, like 2 pm.

“Terrible sleep”

The location is convenient, but the desk chair had a white stain on the seat, the king sheets kept slipping off the mattress pad, the bed was very soft and lumpy with lumpy pillows, and the windows wouldn’t open for fresh air.

The hotel was nice, clean, and close to shopping, but when we arrived the front desk informed us the pool was under maintenance and offered to cancel our reservation. Our kids were upset and we couldn’t find another hotel in time; we wish the hotel had warned us about the pool maintenance beforehand or arranged a room at another nearby Hampton Inn.

“Great location in Bellevue”

Spent the first half of the day in Seattle and then the second part of the day in Bellevue. Great location and easy to find! I gave 9/10 only due to needing to pay $19 for parking. I did not see anywhere when booking that it was paid parking, maybe I missed reading that requirement. Check in was quick and front desk service was great. We actually forgot our toothpaste this trip and the front desk clerk was able to offer a couple packages of paste, so it was wonderful not having to go back out to a store. They had an indoor pool but unfortunately it was very busy. Room was nice, bed was comfortable- a little on the softer side, we prefer more firm, but no complaints, we slept like babies! Had a nice chair and desk table to sit at. Bathroom & shower was in nice condition with good water pressure. Window view was overlooking a little park with lots of trees, or it was a lot with lots of trees - very nice not having another large building next to you. Breakfast was good - had oatmeal, toasts, waffle batters, little omelet fold overs, meats and i think a potato option. Coffee, water, and juice were available. We spent the night on a Saturday night and so Breakfast was Sunday morning and it got busy quick - but still felt like there was plenty of room for people to spread out and eat. Will definitely stay again!. TV felt like it was on the older side, it kept dimming brightness and we couldn't find how to change it in the settings, but wasn't a big deal

The staff were very friendly and let us check in early; the room was clean and spacious, just a few minutes from Bellevue Square Mall and right across the street from more shops.
