My family loved the suite we stayed in. All the staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was great!

“Excelente opción”

I had a great stay at this hotel, with the staff's attention being truly exceptional. Cesar at the reception did everything possible to ensure our stay was the best it could be. However, I did find the pool temperature to be a bit too warm, especially during the summer heat - a refreshing temperature would have been perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

“It was nice and fun. Felt like a princess”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, and I felt safe during my stay. However, I found entering the parking lot to be a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a smoother parking experience would have been appreciated.

“I will always stay there when I’m in the area”

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast options. The selection was great, and everything tasted wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed to find ants all over the pool towels, which was a letdown. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its overall quality.
