“Una historia de terror”

When I arrived, the place was filthy and a man was sleeping on a rug in the lobby. He claimed he couldn't find my booking even though I showed him the confirmation on my phone, tried to charge me again for the room, and wouldn't accept a card. It was a nightmare and I had to move to another hotel; the hotel never answered the phone or even verified the issue, and they said they wouldn't refund me. The hotel was a horror and Booking's handling was terrible.

“Highly disappointing stay, felt betrayed”

We were shocked by the whole ordeal: they cancelled our booking claiming they hadn't taken any reservations, gave us rooms that cost more than we agreed on, and the rooms were in terrible condition. The price was too high, the staff were irresponsible, the rooms were filthy with torn sheets and cobwebs, and they were not prepared or cleaned. The staff were dishonest when cancelling, gave us multiple excuses, and tricked us into dingy, small rooms, taking advantage of our situation.
