The security guard was always on duty and very respectful, and I appreciate his presence; the receptionist was also extremely polite, showing great integrity and dedication to his job. 🌹 Everything was fine, thank God, and I thank everyone who runs this beautiful hotel.

My room faced the road, which was awful; I struggled to sleep and it made me less focused for work the next day because cars kept passing at night. When I asked for a room change, the receptionist said no other rooms were available, so I tried sleeping with ear plugs, which still didn’t help. The windows need better sealing to block outside noise for a proper rest.
