The accommodation is on the outskirts of the city, so traffic isn’t too heavy. The parking is great because it’s right behind a gate. The hotel was clean and the air‑conditioning worked well. Overall the place is unkempt and many things were broken, especially at first glance. There were undefined stains on the wall, the blinds didn’t work… The typical shower‑in‑a‑tube with 15 cm Lister clamps over the head… Unfortunately common in South America. There’s no professional hotel manager watching everything and keeping quality in sight.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that made my stay feel truly luxurious. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I felt like I was in good hands.
