The caravan was dark inside because of tinted windows and dark floors, and the lighting felt a bit subdued. It was right next to the maintenance staff area, so it could get noisy early in the mornings with men shouting and van doors slamming.

You did not pass my booking to Coastal Caravans. They had my first reservation since I booked two caravans. This caravan was for my mother, who has terminal cancer, and you had not confirmed the booking with Coastal Caravans. Luckily they were brilliant, but I didn’t get the caravan I booked and paid for and was given a caravan right over the side of the park. My mom is in a wheelchair and we had to drive from one side of the park to pick her up twice a day. Shocking service on your behalf and I am a loyal customer! Thanks to the Coastal Caravan team who were well within their rights to not try and find us something. Very disappointing as this was to be my mom’s last holiday ; :(
