I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. The staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived, but it turned out that they'd given away the room I'd booked. I was offered an alternative, but it was a smaller room with a weird layout, and I ended up having to pay extra for a different type of accommodation. The hotel seemed nice, but the mix-up with my room was a major disappointment.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get any guests at all. The room itself was a disaster - it was tiny, the air conditioning made this awful screeching noise that I could feel through the entire room, and to top it off, there were cockroaches crawling around everywhere. When I asked the staff about the AC, they just shrugged and told me it was normal, which was pretty infuriating.

Nothing. Not clean, smelly and no amenities as mentioned in the site. Its just opposite to what is mentioned in the site. Not even AC is there

What the hell, your booking was not accepted by the hotel. After reaching the hotel they dint accept booking at booked price through your app. Waste of time and energy Why do you take bookings if hotels never accept you
