The spot is wonderful, a paradise for those of us who love quiet places where nature dominates. The cottage is charming, clean, and tidy, with a terrace to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. Mrs. Violetta is incredibly kind and speaks Italian as well! The road to reach Ravni is quite winding and often used by cars that are too fast.

We had a very successful vacation. A small, atmospheric cottage where you can fully relax. The morning rooster added a pastoral vibe, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking! The only thing missing was a separation of the terraces to provide more privacy.

The house is wonderfully close to the beach with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The furnishings are partly very old. There was only one air conditioner in the dining room, but the bedrooms couldn't be cooled. Because it was very, very hot, it was almost impossible to stay in the house at night.

A beautiful, almost charming cottage in a quiet spot with vineyards, lemons, and grapefruits in the garden. A large, comfortable terrace with a wonderful sea view. Spacious and comfortable accommodation with blinds in every window. The owners are friendly and approachable. The beach is very large and well maintained. But it's worth going further left to other smaller, more intimate beaches. Weak Wi‑Fi. It didn't bother us, but the kids unfortunately did 🤭 and the air conditioning was a bit too weak. It didn't fulfill its role in the bedroom.

The location to the beach is simply perfect. A great bistro nearby completes the experience. The hosts are warm and always have an ear. The mini‑market in town is closed, so you have to factor in a 13 km trip to Labin for shopping.
