The kids’ area is truly the biggest selling point. There are activity staff, but we didn’t see many interactions or organized activities; the kids mostly played on their own. The parking fee should be included in the daily rate, breakfast and the restaurant are just okay, and there are simpler hotels in the area with much tastier food and lower prices.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel’s central spot put everything within walking or short‑car distance. The food was good, the evening bar offered great value and flavor after a tiring day, and the huge playground was excellent. Some maintenance work is still needed for perfection; room cleaning was decent but could improve, especially towel changes—when we stayed with a three‑year‑old, the towels stayed damp and we had to use one as a non‑slip mat, and it was never replaced. These minor issues didn’t spoil our overall great stay.
