“Very disappointing experience: the property was significantly different from the listing”

The location is central and convenient for visiting Zaragoza, but that was the only good thing about our stay. The reality was very different from what was shown in the photos: the room and the property were in an unacceptable state, with a generally poor and neglected look that contradicted the listing. The facilities and common areas were disappointing and did not match the standard suggested by the photos. There was constant noise all night, with people talking loudly and doors slamming, making it almost impossible to sleep. People were smoking in the toilet. We were also treated very poorly by the staff. After just one night, we left and had to book another hotel.
