I was hit with a $40 fee for clean towels that nobody mentioned beforehand.

The location was great, the rooms were good, and the breakfast was good too, but the in‑person check‑in was only okay while everyone else was great.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is amazing; the breakfast is good but you should go early to avoid the rush on weekends. My only complaint would be the pool: the water was cloudy, felt slimy, and had white floating stuff, and the room was very humid and stuffy.
