“Awesome for a long weekend with family”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. Although it's located about 50 kilometers from Mysore city and 40 kilometers from the safari, the serene surroundings and well-maintained property made up for the distance. The staff, particularly Prasanna and Devaraj, were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to cater to our needs. While the price was a bit steep, the delicious food and pleasant stay made it well worth the cost.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by Mr. Jolly. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, even going as far as arranging a last-minute river safari booking at a discounted rate after the original one was cancelled due to technical issues. While the food was just average, the staff's willingness to accommodate our requests and prepare dishes to our liking made a big difference.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, including Jolly, Mahesh, and Prasanna. They made a real effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, there was one issue that marred our experience - the hot water supply was inconsistent, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's warm demeanor made up for it, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
