The room is super comfortable. The staff are great. There were many drinks and snacks available, included in the reservation price. The location is perfect. The room we chose faced the patio of Julieta’s balcony, but the view is very limited; you almost have to lean out the window to see anything, and they even put a planter on the window that really blocks the view. It’s better to get a room with a balcony so you can actually see the patio, which is the place’s highlight. Also, the bathtub had a leak that flooded the entire bathroom, creating a slip hazard, and the next day we couldn’t use the whirlpool because the room’s circuit breaker tripped whenever we turned it on.
