The apartment we stayed in (Topaz) was a decent size for four people, clean and comfortable. The location was great—if you enjoy walking and want to explore beyond Rome’s center, this is a fantastic spot. The neighborhood is stylish and you can reach the Vatican in 10‑15 minutes and almost everything from the city center in 45‑60 minutes on foot. The subway is also nearby. The walls are paper‑thin; you can hear the neighbors, the lady preparing breakfast in the room across the hall, and the constant dripping in the bathroom’s toilet, day and night. If you’re not very tired, bring earplugs. Breakfast was very basic, nothing spectacular, except the hot chocolate, which was great.

The host was very friendly. Near the Vatican, the St. Angel Castle… quiet spot, tea and coffee were in the room. Thank you!

Elegant atmosphere, spotless, very comfortable beds. The owner is kind and helpful with any request. Highly recommended.

The place is right next to the metro, close to the city center and the monuments. I didn’t notice that the room didn’t have a kitchenette; it only had a kettle. There was just one air‑conditioner and two rooms. With the window open the street noise was loud and there was no bug net, so mosquitoes were a problem.
