The staff were very polite, but the area feels uncomfortable, especially when we’re heading upstairs—it feels like a public market.

Nothing good. Everything was bad. I understand Hong Kong is expensive and I knew the room would be small, but there was no cleaning or maintenance. Everything smelled damp, including the sheets and towels they provided. The quality‑price ratio was horrible.
