“Je ne conseil pas cet hôtel”
It’s a 15‑minute walk from the historic centre, the covered parking is handy, and the pool is clean with a bar, ignoring the industrial surroundings. The first standard room we got was very small and run‑down, with stained carpet and walls, a filthy bathroom in bad condition. We asked for a partial refund, but the hotel refused and upgraded us to a larger, cleaner room.

The positives were the hotel’s location near the city centre and the attractive price. The negatives: the place is very dated and doesn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel, more like a 3‑star. The bed was extremely hard. The lift was glitchy, and the lobby and hall had no atmosphere. Parking is tough to find and there are too few spots. The breakfast was mediocre, served in a kind of courtyard with tile flooring, and the cappuccino was terribly bad.
