The front desk staff were friendly, but the room itself was just average and could have used an upgrade. The dishwasher was broken, a kitchen cabinet was hanging off its hook, and maintenance had to come in to try to fix it. A leak caused the carpet to become damp and the dryers in the hallway were wet. Mold appeared in the bathroom near the shower, and the sofa‑bed mattress was terrible. I would not stay there again. I booked directly with the owner, and when my son needed emergency surgery four days before our arrival, the owner wouldn’t allow us to reschedule or cancel, so I won’t rent from them again. Parking was cramped, making it hard to pull in and out, though the valet was courteous. The front desk misplaced my keys and it took 30 minutes to recover them while we were checking out.
