The room was huge and super comfy, with an amazing view and plenty of beautiful scenery to take in.
The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by stunning rice fields and peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Dat- Hana.
The view from our room was nice, but that's about where the positives ended.

The family room was clean and spacious. The area around was quite busy with services.
The hotel building is charming, set inside a cave, with spacious rooms and a large balcony that looks out over rice fields; the on‑site restaurant serves an okay breakfast and we also enjoyed karaoke there. To the right of the restaurant there’s a fantastic massage place that’s a must‑try, and while there are even better rooms available, you have to request them in advance. The beds were firm and there are two steps leading to the bathroom.

The 4 Seasons in Mai Chau has really won me over. The room was huge, flooded with natural light and offered breathtaking views. The staff were consistently attentive. We were given free bicycles, which was a great way to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is superb.

Nice room, outdoor pool, easy navigation, helpful staff, good breakfast, and a nice view. No tea/coffee bags in the room and only one towel for two people (might have been a mistake).

The breakfast was very modest and didn’t meet our expectations; the coffee and tea were cold. The rooms aren’t sound‑proof, so we could hear neighbors through the walls and felt no privacy. The shower in the bathroom had no curtain, so everything got wet. The hotel charged us for bike rentals, but some guests got them for free, so they tried to take ours when we parked them. The bikes were in poor technical condition.
